Spring Cleaning Teleseminar

Thursday, March 25, 2010 - 7:00-8:00pm - $15.00 per person

Join Elizabeth and Cathleen in an evening of spring cleaning for body, mind and spirit!  As we try to live more and more from our true essence, rather than from a construct of our conditioning, we begin the process of ‘spring cleaning’ for the body, mind and spirit.  Prepare your energy for the work of manifestation by clearing out the spiritual cobwebs, toxic thoughts and emotions and attachments that no longer serve you.

To prepare for this class, begin in the material world.  Some suggestions:

 Go through your closets and drawers.  Give away everything that doesn’t fit or that you haven’t worn in the last year.
 Go through your books.  Give away all books that you have not looked at in the last two years.
 Spend a minimum of 15 minutes a day in the meditation of your choice:  concentration, mindfulness, contemplation.

This evening seminar will be chock full of information including how to know which chakras are associated with which rooms in your home and how to use the colors and energies of the chakras to empower your physical space.
